Expressions of Interest - 1st XV Rugby Coach

Kelston Boys' High School seeks a 1st XV Head Coach for the 2025 rugby season 

With our previous coach focusing solely on his role as Rugby Director, an opportunity has arisen for a strategic leader who can inspire, coach and mentor our young men in the highly contested 1st XV competition. Play a key role in fostering and nurturing the next generation of West Auckland talent and more importantly, help mould the next generation of young leaders within our community. Continue the rich history of Rugby at Kelston Boys' High School and write the next chapter of our long and proud story. The successful applicant will require experience in the school environment and have the passion and vision to drive programme.

The role will involve weekly planning of the team and players, match day management, analysis of games and understanding how to mentor young men through their development as a player and student.
